  • Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing (quality checks, packaging, and labelling).

  • Business Days: Monday–Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

3. Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Economical, tracked, delivered within the estimated timeframe.

  • Express Shipping: Priority handling and faster delivery.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK Mainland: 2–3 business days

  • UK Highlands & Islands: 3–5 business days

  • Northern Ireland & Channel Islands: 3–5 business days

  • EU: 5–7 business days - *Due to customs & import duties we are not currently offering delivery to this destination

  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days - *Due to customs & import duties we are not currently offering delivery to these destinations

5. International Orders & Additional Fees

  • Customs & Duties: For orders shipped outside the UK, customers are responsible for any import taxes, tariffs, or customs fees imposed by their country.

  • Delays: Cross-border shipments may face additional delays due to customs clearance.


6. Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to the carrier’s tracking page

You can also log in to your Skincare4me.com account and view your order status under “My Orders.”


7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Damaged in Transit: If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents, then email us at info@skincare4me.com within 7 days.

  • Lost Shipments: If tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your order, contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.

  • Delays Beyond Estimated Time: We’ll keep you informed of any major delays; please allow an extra 2–3 days before contacting us.


8. Change of Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Before Dispatch: Email info@skincare4me.com as soon as possible to update your address.

  • After Dispatch: We cannot guarantee re-routing; carriers may charge additional fees for address changes.

  • Unclaimed Packages: If a shipment is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for any re-shipping charges.
