Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Skincare4me.com we want you to love your skincare. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within the timeframe below for a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility & Conditions

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Product Condition: Items must be:

  • Unused and unopened, with original seals intact

  • In the original packaging, including all boxes, labels, and accessories

Non-returnable Items:

  • Opened or partially used products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards and downloadable products

  • Final-sale or clearance items (clearly marked at checkout)


3. Faulty or Damaged Items

Reporting Period: Notify us within 14 days of delivery if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
What to Provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos or video clearly showing the fault/damage

Remedy: We will send you a prepaid return label and, once received, you may choose a replacement or full refund.


4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email Us at info@skincare4me.com with your order number and reason for return.We’ll reply within  48 business hours with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions.

  2. Pack Your Return: Include the RA number clearly on the outside of the parcel.

  3. Ship It Back:

    • UK Mainland & Islands: Use our prepaid returns label (no cost to you).

    • International: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we recommend tracked services.


5. Refunds & Exchanges

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you within 3 business days and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days thereafter.
Refund Method: Original payment method.
Exchange: Treated as a return + new order; any price difference will be charged or refunded.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank or card issuer—it can take a few days to post.

  • Still not received? Contact us at info@skincare4me.com with your RA number.


7. Change of Mind

We want all of our customers to enjoy their products, so if you’re not happy with your order and it is within the 14 day window, you can send it back to us. Please kindly note that all unwanted items must be in pristine condition and unopened.
